The Solution

To develop the custom system, Aciron first sat down with the client to gather requirements of the hundreds of scenarios and workflows to capture the needs of their customers and product. These requirements turned into business rules, which needed to fit the variety of options for the quote. After these business rules and formulas were formed, Aciron developed a custom quoting system that allowed the client the ability to create a new quote with all of the various options and scenarios based on the needs of their customers. In addition, the system allowed their sales team the ability to track a project through their entire sales cycle.

In short, the client’s new quoting system adapts to their evolving business needs. Additionally, it sets the client up for long-term, sustainable success. Upon completion of the quoting system, the client was so happy with the results that they asked Aciron to help them develop a second application to streamline their scheduling process.
